We want you to love your Roller Rabbit favorites, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and tagged merchandise within 30 days of purchase. Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to initiate the process.

  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return and download the prepaid UPS shipping label provided by our system.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, ensuring all original tags are still attached.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location and keep your tracking number for reference until your refund is processed.
